- Hilary H Added 16/02/2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointing service. I got a call this afternoon to say that the shower door that I had ordered was ready for collection. I told the woman that I would be out to collect it within the hour. When I arrived the shop assistant said that she didn't think that I would manage putting the door into the car on my own. I was taken aback since it was clear that she wasn't going to help at all. I needed the door because I have a handyman working this evening to install it. She stood with her hands on her hips while I manouvered the package through the doorway and dragged it onto the street and to the car. As I shoved the door into the boot I sarcastically thanked her for her help and told her I would review the service on Bathworks. She quickly changed her tune and told me that Ken would be in the shop in the morning and he could help loading the door!! She then phoned me after I took off to say that she didn't appreciate my attitude!
